I am planning an indoor celebration for Labor Day this year. Our Texas summer has been filled with day after day of temperatures in the triple digits.  I am planing a quick and simple menu, to allow plenty of time to visit.  You may add all your favorites sides. On the menu is Fresh Squeezed Homemade Lemonade, Jalapeño Popper Dip, Pull Pork on Bun, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad and Homemade Ice Cream.
